Refunds & returns Policy
Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or special-order products
- Opened consumables (tape rolls, labels, bubble wrap, etc.)
- Clearance items marked as “final sale”
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us to arrange a replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Please inspect your order upon arrival. If products are damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
