Refunds & returns Policy

1. General Policy

At AC Logistics Systems LLC, we are committed to providing quality service and support for all orders processed through our logistics platform. Due to the nature of our products and services, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-return policy.


2. Shipping and Reshipment Insurance

We offer shipping and reshipment insurance on all orders. In the event your package is lost or arrives damaged, we will take appropriate action to replace your item.

a. Lost Packages:

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to determine the status of the package.

  • If the package is confirmed as lost by the carrier (USPS), we will re-ship your order at no additional cost.
  • To initiate a claim, please reach out to us at billing@logistics.ac with the following information:
    • Order number
    • Tracking number
    • Details of your inquiry
b. Damaged Products:

If your product arrives damaged, please provide the following to billing@logistics.ac:

  • A photograph of the damaged item
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issueOnce verified, we will reship your order and handle the claims process with USPS.

3. Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Surroundings:
    • Verify all entrances to your property, including mailrooms and porches.
    • Check with neighbors to see if they mistakenly accepted your package.
  2. Contact Your Local Post Office:
    • Call your local post office and provide the tracking number.
    • Ask if they can send someone out to retrace the route and assist in locating the package.
    • Sometimes the package will be re-delivered within 5 business days.
  3. If the Package Is Not Located:
    • If the Postmaster indicates that the package is lost, please forward the formal response from USPS to billing@logistics.ac.
    • Once USPS validates that the package is lost, we will re-ship your package.
    • Please note that we cannot reship until USPS confirms the loss.
Important Note:

We cannot re-ship or refund orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure that all steps are followed with USPS before contacting us for reshipment.


4. Filing a Claim with USPS:

If your order appears to be stalled for more than 7 days, contact us and we will file a claim with USPS.

  • An investigation must be conducted by the local USPS branch.
  • If USPS deems the package lost, we will initiate the reshipment process.
  • This process can take up to 7 business days for resolution.

5. Refund Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier
  • Packages that were not reported as missing within 7 days of the delivery date
  • Customer errors in address or order details

6. Cancellations

Due to our fast processing times, cancellations are not possible once an order has been submitted. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
