Refunds & returns Policy

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order products
  • Opened consumables (tape rolls, labels, bubble wrap, etc.)
  • Clearance items marked as “final sale”

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us to arrange a replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. If products are damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
